Grand Cathedral

The Grand Cathedral is the epitome of a steampunk style cathedral, chalk full of gears, chains, piping and of course, a steam generator. The entire structure is run by this giant steam generating manifold at the back side of the cathedral. The steam generation powers all the mechanical operations, provides heat through out the building, and turns two electric generators which in turn provide electricity and lighting.In fantasy life the tallest spire reaches a height of 100 feet.What you are looking at is only above ground level. Below ground is a massive assembly of sanctuaries, concert halls, banquet halls, residences, conference rooms, and a huge food pantry for all those in need within the surround communities. They are all decked out in the glorious steam punk style, of course. Imagine that! Take me to church!
