Sculptures

These sculptures are, for the most part, of a Steampunk design and feel. However, in my opinion “steampunk” is used and misused in a variety of applications; sculptures, paintings, photography, fashion, jewelry, movies, nick-nacks, etc,etc. Sometimes defining and labeling art can take away some of the mystique of it all. After discovering artists like Kazuhiko Nakamura, Jofi Trazia, Kerem Beyet, and so many more science fiction fantasy artists, I knew I found my genre. The ultra modern industrial machinery look can be found in these sculptures of mine. Blending humans, animals and machines together to form steampunk hybrids is my favorite challenge. Unique looking lamps are also a favorite of mine.

The Lord of Light and Pure Light Energy

This is a story of an imaginary steampunk community that flourished around the turn of the century, upon discovering the miraculous power of Pure Light Energy. Only those who dedicated their lives to the Lord of Light were able to harness this energy and develop Advanced Steampunk Technology, which was needed to defeat the Dark Empire.
